Can I fly with my brother?
Hello i am 17 turning 18 in October and I am flying with my 13 year old brother in December on Ryanair from the UK to Poland with just me and him. we will be able to fly? tickets have already been booked.

Yes, but…. as you’re not the parent, make sure you carry a letter from parents saying it’s ok for him to travel.
EDIT not a ryanair thing, more a customs and immigration thing

Yes. Check the rules for the countries you are leaving from and going to. You should have all documents for your brother and some countries have official paperwork to fill to travel with a minor if you are not the parent.
Your parents should take care of this, it’s their job!

You booked, and were not sure if you could even fly? Those things have to be prepared beforehand. Just contact ryanair about your question.

Hi, I brought my nephew to Poland this summer and he is only 13. I did ask his parents to write a letter stating he was allowed to fly with me and that I would be his legal guardian for the trip.
This WAS checked when we arrived at passport control, so I strongly recommend you do the same and have it signed by your parents.

passengers under 16 years of age must travel accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over
