Video Games Update on our SCP Management Game
Hello SCP fans and horror enthusiasts!
We just wanted to give a small update on our SCP management game (working title is SCP: Foundation Simulator), which has the lifeblood of our team for some time.
We've gotten a lot of the core systems down, like building, room-assigning, skill tree, inventory & store, workers, D-Class, SCPs, etc., and we are currently experimenting with the art-style, adding more content, and polishing gameplay.
If you like what we're doing, you can track our development journey on our Discord and look the game up on Steam. Might post more if the mods are OK with frequent updates and if the community is interested.
Hope you all have a great day, and questions are very welcome!

Discussion Which one should I use?
I’m making a mtf e-11 costume and I can’t decide which one I should choose
Discussion when I was 9 I tried posting my own SCP on here
I remember when I was like 9 or something, I went on here and I think there was a flair or some competition to like submit your own OC scp. So I did what any 9 yr old who’s obsessed with SCP and other online horrors would do, I went on Microsoft paint and made this cartoon character looking thing that had no eyes, I remember adding like blood to its mouth (just red lines idk) and thought it was the coolest thing in the world. Basically it was just some computer virus that could somehow come out of the computer and kill you or whatever. I gave it a name too, Blake.
So me being proud of my work I wrote whatever backstory and I posted it onto here, however long goes by and I check my post and it was just a bunch of people saying “this is some 9 year old” and I felt so broken by this. I dont think I deleted the post but the mods at the time probably did, I would still really appreciate if I could find that post again just for laughs. Cool memory I guess lol

Discussion Some think the Serpent’s Hand has no reason to stay in broken masquerade universe, I personally disagree
I have been getting into Broken Masquerade canon and enjoying it so far, however other GoI’s aren’t mentioned enough and especially the Serpent’s Hand.
The veil is down so that’s one checkbox crossed, but even if you had the entire multiverse to go to, wouldn’t you want to go back to your home and make sure it’s taken care of? One of the main grips the Serpent’s Hand had with the veil is the lack of accountability it causes — the public can’t condemn the Foundation if they don’t know about it after all. But one look at the real world proves that’s far from sufficient, especially in Broken Masquerade where people still have no idea what’s going on and their only source of information is confused reports and Foundation propaganda. Without someone to guide them, they’ll either become compliant with the system or even active participants in the discrimination against anomalies.
Heck, I can already see certain countries dehumanizing anomalous people in order to use them as lab rats or massacring them altogether to avoid the threat they pose to their authority with their anomalous powers. We see how shitty people can be to each other based on skin color — imagine if they had actual meaningful differences that could threaten power structures.
And here’s the other problem: breaking the veil doesn’t erase ignorance, it just mutates it. Instead of pure secrecy, now you have conspiracy theories, sensationalized news, fearmongering, and more lies than before. The Serpent’s Hand would need to step in as educators, teaching anomalous literacy and pushing back against propaganda before people lose themselves in paranoia.
On top of that, you just know governments and corporations are going to try weaponizing anomalies. Drafting them into armies, cutting them open for patents, selling their abilities on the black market. Not just persecution — exploitation. The Hand can’t ignore that; protecting anomalies from being treated like products or weapons would become a central mission.
And because every country reacts differently, the world fractures. Some governments welcome anomalies as celebrities or propaganda mascots, while others declare open hunts. That means anomalous refugees, safe zones, and extermination zones. The Serpent’s Hand could very well become an underground railroad, smuggling anomalies to safety across borders.
Naturally, civil rights movements would rise up too. Anomalies themselves organizing protests, marches, resistance — fighting to be treated as human. But they’d face the worst obstacles imaginable: their own powers used against them, government surveillance, Foundation manipulation, and of course the stigma of being seen as “other.” The Hand could be the ideological backbone of those movements, lending history, logistics, and protection.
Finally, there’s the hardest truth: some anomalies are actually dangerous and you know the Foundation is going to hammer this point endlessly — “See? This is why we contained them.” But the Hand has to offer another path: integration, not cages. Systems of care instead of execution or endless imprisonment. That’s where the Serpent’s Hand can prove itself as more than just anti-Foundation — they can show what a humane anomalous world actually looks like.
So yeah, in Broken Masquerade the Serpent’s Hand shouldn’t just vanish into the Library. They’re needed here, more than ever.
But that's just me, what do you think?

Help Nälkän Tale- Desiring feedback <3
This is my first Tale, and my first post to the wiki in general! I'd like to get some community feedback before I post it :] Please be kind but firm, I can take valid criticism, and I am eager to improve <3 Looking for any and all constructive suggestions. It is meant to simply explain some of the major events of Nälkä leading up to the events of In Memoria, Adytum- And roughly serving as a outline for the history of the faith in general- At least my interpretation of it all.

Articles to Read SCP that makes you burn yourself?
I read an SCP a long time ago, and I can't find it now. I think it's some kind of consumer good, and it makes you burn yourself/hurt yourself, and even if it gets to you in the future, you still end up in some kind of scary afterlife. Does anyone remember this one?

Original Artwork The three Doctors (Shaw, Clef, Kondarki)
These are my depictions of the three popular doctors as of their status in 2025 involving the overall age of them depicted in most stories. I am also taking note of common depictions and or even official photos.
With Elias, his depiction is based off of the more or less official photo, heterochromatic eyes, light facial hair, busy eyebrows. His necklace is a yellow gemstone based off of a few retcon ideas I've seen.
Clef is depicted a bit less like a sexy Tumblrman, and more authentic to what lore I have taken a liking to, specifically the Scp-4231 depictions of Francis. Considering he was at least in his early 20s in 1989, when the Cornwall incident took place, by 2025 he would be middle aged. If he shaved he might look younger, but he definitely ain't a young sexy lad. He's a short king Dilf 100% though.
Kondraki is honestly as typical as he can be. The only major thing I really added as a small detail I added was a butterfly bow tie to his outfit.

Discussion Any Good Mind-Damaging SCPs?
Hello! This is my first post on this reddit; so my apologies if I am messing anything up.
I have been fascinated with SCPs that do less physical damage (although they can) and more psychological damage to the point of unaware or purposeful self harm/suicide. SCP-012, SCP-426 SCP-513, and SCP-632 are examples of SCPs I oddly love to read. (Maybe I'm weird/a secret sadist; idk, I just like these SCPs a lot :P)
Now, I am aware that there is a "mind-affecting" tag- trust me, I've investigated it- but what classifies as mind-affecting at times feels a bit.. uh.. loose. I've already read a few SCPs who barely affect the mind, but since they did [x small thing] against someone or in a radius around themselves or whatever, it's still mind affecting.. Which really isn't what I'm looking for.
So, I was wondering, are there any good SCP recommendations that focus a lot on the mentally damaging aspect? Perhaps some that also be similar in nature to the 4 SCPs I listed where they may make the victim be self-damaging?
Thank you so much for your time, and have a fabulous week!
TL;DR: Please give me focused-mind-damaging SCPs to read; preferably ones that causes a person to lose all self-preservation.

SCP Universe How do rival (not enemies) organizations do when they know about the same anomaly?
For example, the two big ones: the Foundation and the GOC; they have a "first dibs" treaty or something? How, they if they both know of an anomaly, are not constantly clashing? I know none of them want a conflict with the other, but what they do about anomalies in the wild they both know about? Especially if it's a sentient anomaly.
Like, they both know of this magical teapot that turns people who touch it into teaspoons; both agents get to the anomaly location at the same time, what they do? How often this happens?
Is there some canon that explains this? I'm not new to SCP, but I don't know much about the different canons and stuff.

Original Artwork Teaser for Operation DESCENT – a 20+ min SCP-inspired film coming this September
Hey everyone,
I’ve been working on a long-form SCP project — the final cut will be 20+ minutes and I’m planning to release it later this September. The format sits somewhere between a narrated horror story and a short film, with a strong “classified document / found footage” vibe.
A note on production: Narration is fully AI voice-over, but with carefully tuned tone and emotion. It doesn’t sound robotic — I’ve spent a lot of time getting the delivery right. Music will be instrumental, also generated with AI tools, designed to support atmosphere rather than dominate it. Visuals are AI-assisted too, built to look cinematic and consistent with SCP aesthetics.
I’ve been experimenting with AI tools for the past 3–4 years, and I feel confident that I can actually pull off a project of this scale with them. For me this isn’t about cutting corners, it’s about using the tools creatively to tell a story that feels authentic to the SCP universe.
I just finished a very short teaser (~8 seconds). It’s just a glimpse, but I’d love to hear what you think — especially whether the AI-driven approach takes away from the “value” of such a project, or if the end result is what truly matters.
