Mousse would not be baked. The recipe looks similar to a mousse (although there is no flour in a mousse), yet it's still a cake.

That's the same recipe as the sachet tart, probably different measurements, but look the same as I do it every year for my birthday

They really need a good stand mixer, there is absolutely no need to dip your arms in the batter!

They scrape the dough out, if you think this is to bad to eat it I'm sry to inform you, that you should never eat out
