Cunversatzione Where to get grass fed organs
So I’m gonna be in sardinia for a while and I definitely need organs like beef heart and liver etc, anyone know if there is any options on the island? Raw milk would also be great

Weird for eating healthy? Alright buddy

Define healthy. Pasteurization is a process aimed at reducing harmful bacteria and therefore is commonly considered to be healthier than raw milk

Pathogens cannot harm us. Pasteurization was introduced to bankrupt small farmers so big ((dairy companies)) can make profit

Pathogens literally means "things that harm you". So I think your completely made up argument is not going so well.

Made up argument lmao. Germ theory is false and terrain theory is true. If you believe otherwise you are a slave to propaganda

Right, that’s healthy eating. Good to know.

Organs are the most nutrient dense foods on earth if you are scared of eating them you are a slave

What idiot on Netflix? I changed my diet and now feel the best I ever have, and that’s for everyone who switches from to this kind of diet

Yeah it’s the sardinians eating unhealthily, that’s why they only live to 83yo on average

You're gonna need to go inland and make friends with some farmers or shepherds.

I might be wrong but since Sardinia doesn't have a lot of rain grass isn't available all year round and at some point any animal needs some alternative food.
Anyway it's pretty common for farmers to sell their own products, just look for one near you.

Great thanks, yeah I will probably mostly eat sea food I heard beef products are very expensive. They will have to do for the time :\

Sardinians specialise in pork and lamb. They also eat horse. Beef is not the common option. You can get organic meat in most agriturismo but not sure about your prerequisite for being fed grass only. They are hand raised usually by the agriturismo or surrounding farms.
There is also Zimino seems it is only in the North, though https://www.sardegnacountry.eu/en/schede/lo-zimino-sassarese/
There is also cordula https://visitoursardinia.com/sa-cordula-typical-sardinian-dish/

Hmm lamb is very good too, do you think I can get organs if I ask the farmers at the market?

Maybe or just the butcher..I've had cordula and zimino at people's homes it could be that someone knew a farmer, but otherwise, it would be bought at the butcher. You can only ask.

I think the local meats in Sardinia are mostly boars and goats. Just go to the markets.
