Pregonta Lift from Airport

Hi, we’re a group of friends on vacation in Sardinia. We need a lift from the airport — do you know any cheap ways to get to the city? 😊

Depends which airport you are landing. If Alghero, there’s ARST bus. If Cagliari, there’s train. If Olbia, you can google as I haven’t landed there yet.

What about Sassari?

There’s no airport in Sassari. Where are you landing? If from Alghero, there’s a bus going to Sassari via ARST too. Ticket machine is available outside the arrivals area, by the taxi stand.

Check this out https://www.aeroportodialghero.it/en/buses.html. The timetable is accurate based on our experience

Taxis are insanely expensive on the island. If you’re splitting it a few ways it might not be the worst, but definitely look into buses if you can.

Walking is pretty cheap.

Elmas airport is directly connected to the station by bus. It seems to me that the ride costs €1. It's written on the announcements you find between when you get off the plane and arrive at baggage claim.
