Pregonta What to expect in Olbia?
Hi everyone! I will be going on a work trip to Olbia next month and I want to make the most out of it, so I have a few questions.
As it usually happens with work trips, I won't have much time to do stuff during the day. Is there much nightlife in Olbia? Is it safe to walk alone at night (I'm a woman, btw)? Is there anything you recommend doing as an absolute must?
Also, I have never been to Italy, so I don't know what to expect. Do people in shops usually speak any English, or should I start learning some phrases in Italian? Do I need to bring cash with me?
Any help will be greatly appreciated. I am super excited about visiting!

Olbia is generally safe as long as you avoid the railroad crossings area near Via Vittorio Veneto, it's pretty much a getto there.
