Foto Orgosolo, a little but beautiful city
In Orgosolo (NU) there are hundreds and hundreds of beautiful murals, created between the 1970s and today. An artistic masterpiece. There is also a ticket office for an audio guide (available in Italian, Sardinian, English, German and Russian) and also a kiosk with excellent sandwiches. If you go to Nuoro you HAVE to see this. In the route of the murals explained by the audio guide, there are 80 murals out of approximately 300 in the whole city, here some photos

For who doesn't know: In the 13th image there are two hands making numbers: 2 and 3. Above or below the hands is written "battoro" or "chimbe", which in Sardinian mean "4" and "5". In this case the hand on the right that makes the 3 wins, because the aim of the game is guess the sum of each player's numbers, for example: you throw 2 and I throw 4, you say "chimbe" and I say "sese" (6), I win. Why? The sum of the numbers 4 and 2 is 6. This is called "Murra," a typical Sardinian game. It was very dangerous because among experts it was played very quickly, so if you lost, people got angry and sometimes fought. From there, people started to carry knives or even guns. This game is banned if you don't do it in the Championship, because, yes, there are the Sardinian Murra Championships. If you want more information check internet :)
