Hotels recommendation

Hi!

My wife, daughter, and I will visit Seville in December with my in-laws (who live in Spain); we are flying from New York. I was looking for hotels in the center and didn’t find anything suitable for our budget ( we are paying for both rooms), so we found a hotel that seems reasonable (4 stars) but is a bit far away from the city center. I’m unsure of how safe the area around it is. The name of the hotel is Hotel Silken Al Andalus Palace. Any comments or anything we should be aware of besides the fact that hotel is far away from all the tourist places and we will need to either use public transportation or pay for parking to go to the city center?

I think the area is good, next door to the stadium where Real Betis plays. It is close enough that driving to the center is not worth it, I recommend the bus, or finding something closer to the metro line. The car parks fill up quickly in December with lots of visitors enjoying the Christmas lights and festivities, which can be frustrating.
