What's really concerning is what happens when someone like that decides "you know what, I will not let the brown people be turned into alligator food and be marched to a death camp, I'm doing something about it because I know my whiteness will shield me and let me get close enough to the Nazi in chief. What choice do I have, it's either this or every brown bipoc will be turned into fertilizer and used to fertilize trump's golf courses"
If these people are real, obviously he needs mental health help immediately and probably some antipsychotics and someone who cares enough about him to talk him off the edge. But this is what happens to people barely hanging on to reality when you constantly tell them the devil is here and he's bringing about the end of the world.
Ironically, even though reddit hates religion, a lot of what they engage in is like religious extremist doomsday cults.
It's already gotten to that point. The violence kicked off a long time ago because of all this fear mongering. I genuinely believe that some people higher up in the media need to be held accountable for it, too - there has absolutely been a collective push to radicalize people.
