Age rating 16 plus

Hey all, great deal on Amazon UK, so snapped up a copy...why is it rated 16? Other than a bit of bad language is there anything else worth of the rating?

Characters say "shit" a little bit, which can hurt the feelings of some parents. There are some events that could be intense for younger audiences, but nothing gory and bloody.

It touches on some dark themes, some mild language and you use weapons against "humans". So perhaps that's why?
