Question Soft serve ice cream?
I’ve lived in Spokane about a year now and have been on the hunt for soft serve ice cream. I’m been unlucky but thought I may ask yall to see if I’m just missing that special spot. I’m look for a basic soft serve chocolate vanilla swirl on a cone maybe some sprinkles. If anyone knows of any place like that within about a 30 minute drive please let me know! Thanks in advance.

The Mix is relatively new to the area and does soft serve! Right behind Feast World Kitchen. https://www.themixspokane.com

Ha! We had an ice cream shop called this in Seattle way back and that dude straight up abandoned the whole business. Staff just kept going until they ran out of stock and then just paid themselves out of the till. Hope it's not the same folks, lol, but I'm still going!

I have a lot of criticism for post covid Zips, but their ice cream treats are still solid, especially their half and half swirl.

If you’re ever out highway 2, I’m partial to the Ram (though huckleberry is where it’s at)

Didiers is solid soft serve. Also Froyo Earth if you can live without the cone.

Does Didier's have ice cream now?

Honestly I wouldn’t ever be able to tell the difference. Great soft serve and tons of toppings. That also make a stellar burger that’s only $8 on Tuesday

People here think froyo is soft serve and it drives me mad

Yeah it is not the same thing. I’m from the east coast and we have soft serve everywhere I was surprised when moving here and didn’t see places easy to find.

If you go to any of the super 1 locations in Idaho, you can get a cone for only .25 cents! They call it the kids cone but it’s a standard size. For a dollar they have the most ridiculous sized cone you’ll ever see. It’s a great deal and I always tell people to get one when they’re over there

The cafeteria at Sacred Heart. It's actually reasonably priced and you can get it in chocolate or vanilla or swirl with various toppings (oreo, sprinkle, nuts etc) but no cones only bowls.

It’s like 30 miles from Spokane but I’m 46 and just had the best soft serve cone I ever seen . The shape of it was perfection of the likes I’ve never seen before . At the local grocery store in Harrison Idaho . And the have over 20 flavors. Mind blown. I encourage you to go .

Harrison is 65 miles from Spokane. Not saying it’s not worth the drive, as I’ve never been.

Do they have soft serve now? Used to be just regular ice cream since I was a kid.

Dairy Queen for a cone (the dipped ones are awesome) and Costco for just soft serve in a cup

Yeah I love the scoop but they don’t do soft serve unless it’s a fruit flavor.
