Its not that, i have seen people selling worse... buuuuuut just look at how many people are selling these online! its crazy saturate market, and yeah a ton of them are better.. I had the same idea, now i just paint for pleasure and to decorate my own wall. If your gonna do it, get real good and do it in a town center in front of people there and then (learn how to dry them fast with flames (check local laws about this part). dont forget you might need some kind of license to do this. you might want insurance incase someone falls and ruins a $2000 outfit on your paints etc..
one thing i would say, to help improve them though, is dont for get to add a bit of black to one side of the planet, and a bit of white to the other. But i love the colors in the background and the way it goes from one pic to the next is amazing!.. you should also get some spray varnish (costs a bomb and goes real fast) it really makes them pop after and the UV stuff will help stop them fading. also make your comments thinner, they look a bit like big arrows, and flick the excess off your finger/brush before you do the stars to avoid the bigger splodges...
all that said, i am not an expert, i dont even know if i am any good, but i have done plenty over the years and made a lot of mistakes and learnt from them.

People keep telling me I should sell my art work but I honestly don't think they are that good! Who would actually buy them if I sold them?
