Actually that was a lie. I have never heard that about Voat, ever...
Actually that was a lie too. One guy did tell me Voat was awesome for finding pictures of scantily clad and suggestively posed young girls back when it first became a thing. So there's that.

From what I've heard that hasn't changed. Another reason to stay away from Voat.
