Gear/IFAK Anyone heard of these guys?

Had anyone heard of Medresq? A friend just asked me about them, and I had no clue. Never seen their stuff before. They're on Amazon, but it gives off rebranded Rhino Rescue vibes...

Apparently they have a site.

North American rescue literally has a website and they’ll ship whatever you order directly to your front door. Why are we even bothering with this other garbage

Because people try to cut the cost on saving lives. Especially when they have no knowledge or experience on the topic.

I just used one of my decompression needles on a pt the other day, and can’t get the website to clear me for ordering a new one. I had to end up ordering from Chinook medical.

They use these large kits from the hospital, with 3-way stopcock valves and some other accoutrements (so they don’t get legs and disappear). The ACRs are just easier to store and use IMO, so it’s a small loss I’m ok with incurring.

That's who I use, and Medline. Buddy found these guys in Amazing, trying to put together a cheap IFAK for his range bag. I had never seen or heard of these guys. Their website is a little sus too. They are trying really hard to come off as a US based company. At least Rhino admits they're Chinese. But I'm betting they are Rhino rebranded trying to look US based.
