Gear/IFAK Anyone heard of these guys?

Post image

Had anyone heard of Medresq? A friend just asked me about them, and I had no clue. Never seen their stuff before. They're on Amazon, but it gives off rebranded Rhino Rescue vibes...

Apparently they have a site.

Sounds repackaged for Jolly Vollies & struggling city departments. NAR for contents, 5.11 for the actual bag. I know a lot of LEOs & Tac-Medics have personal trauma kits outside of what is department issued. My brother is a PO & when he asked me about this, I said, “As your older brother. Don’t put yourself in a situation where you need to use this. But as a Paramedic, do you want to regret saving $50.”

I use NAR and Medline. My friend was trying to put together a cheap IFAK for his range bag. Asked me about this, he found it on Amazon. I had never heard of these guys...just wondering if anyone had heard of them.

I have no knowledge of this brand but everything about this screams cheap quality.

Definitely. I'm more concerned with them being a complete scam. Their site claims use in the LA fires. I have buddies with LAPD & LAFD and they said they've never heard of them. The site is trying too hard to look US based but no actual info on where their company is located.

I love how companies put absurd lies on their website to appear legit & it’s something that is so easily disproven
