I’ll be starting at Caucasus International University (CIU) in Tbilisi soon and I’m trying to sort out the basics before moving. I’d love some advice on:

• Good areas/websites to find student apartments near CIU (preferably safe and affordable)
• Best places to do groceries around the city
• Where I can find halal food/restaurants/shops in Tbilisi

i am an AL candidate, applying to TSMU (fall intake).

i received my statement of results (a pre-requisite for MoE process) on the 2nd of september & started the MoE of georgia’s procedure right away. its approval is to arrive in the next 2/3 weeks, after which the d3 visa process starts (another 3/4 weeks).

fall intake registration deadline: 22nd october, 2025. cannot register without MoE approval + d3 visa arrival. classes start on the 6th of october.

according to my agency, there is no way to fast-track the process. they suggested me to move for march intake of 2026 instead. problem is: this will push my graduation year by a year, and another 6 months will go down the drain.

i am applying from the UAE.

Hey guys, I’m supposed to attend EU this October and I applied through an agency. They keep asking me for my official A Level result certificate with the seal but it doesn’t come until October. They said they need it urgently but I can’t do anything about it. Any other A level students face this issue? I have a results certificate which is also official but it just doesn’t have that seal, would it be acceptable?
