HELP or ADVICE

My daughter is 13 and is addicted to ice. She fiends it constantly and goes crazy when coming down. She admits she doesn't want to stop. She has no understanding of addiction and the affects it has mentally, emotionally, physically, psychologically etc. She chaces the dragon rather than just get high and do something (constantly trying to get more before she's even ran out) I'm terrified of the situations she's willing to put herself in just for the drug.
