Question Why didn't they make Thiam canon?
Ive watched the series back in 2020-2021 i remember how i loved them and how they were so big. To compare they were as loved and popular as Stydia as far as i can remember. I only heard the rumor about how Cody felt uncomfortable with Dylan being underage etc but it doesn't fully make sense or does it? Also i haven't watched the movie cause everyone says its shitty. The main reason why i find it dumb is that the company would make hella money out of it not just that but it'd be good plot too.

Because it was never something that was preplanned. Jeff Davis has said that Cody Christian was originally only supposed to be in season 5, but everyone loved working with him so they brought him back. And Jeff and Khylin Rhambo have also said that they were surprised that Liam and Theo had such great chemistry.
Personally I’ve always thought that if Dylan O’Brien had been able to fully do season 6 he would’ve had been the one that Theo had the most scenes with. Liam and Theo sharing so many scenes was definitely more of a last minute decision.

Why do all shippers think their very niche ship going canon would "print money" there are canonical gay couples everywhere in media and let me tell you, they do not

I don't think Dylan was a fan of it. I'm just going by on the video chat reunion during COVID. They were asked what do you think your character would be up to and he said that he thinks Liam would get back together with Hayden.
