I don't want to be a negative nancy but 13.000 followers isn't that much for a 3D project. When Brandon Sanderson launched his kickstarter he had 185.000 backers, and he got a total of 41 million dollars. The Dragon King has a very long journey ahead. They are planning to use the kickstarter money to create a pilot and advertise their product to the various Networks and Streaming services. Still wish them all the best though. Olan Rogers had 3.600 backers and he raised $464.000 for his Godspeed project.

I’m sorry what’s the milestone? I’m not being snarky, I’m just not sure, sorry. Did they reach a certain number of followers or something? It doesn’t launch until Sept. 16th.

I did online research and I found that by getting 13,000 and above, Kickstarter and we, the fans have given Wonderstorm the chance to get a new streaming services.
I am planning on paying on Kickstarter, $50.00 so that this show will get the proper conclusion that we really deserve.

Interesting, is there some sort of official threshold that 13,000 passes? I couldn’t find anything online

I found it on ChatGPT for information and this paragraph is not ChatGPT generated, but in my own words.

ChatGPT doesn’t give out real information, just what an algorithm predicts. 13,000 followers might be a decent number, but we have no way of knowing how many of these people will donate, or how much money is needed to fund The Dragon King, because the showrunners haven’t shared anything yet. I think we’ll need to wait for the Kickstarter to launch after Sept. 16th before we can say whether any milestones have been reached, but hopefully the official reward tiers will give us an idea of where things stand in a few months.

The real resources and citations are Kickstarter’s Official Blog, Wikipedia, Verge, Polygon, and Kickstarter Support.

That doesn't mean anything. Followers don't mean anything until money is put down. There's campaigns with way more people that flop all the time.

50.000 dollars?! Are you really sure about that?
Also, followers doesn’t equel succes per se. This is the slijt of people who just wanna be notified when it launches. There is no garuantee all of them will donate, or that they’ll do so in adequate amounts.

What is the milestone? Missing deadline they set for themselves successfully in reality as well to match doing the same thing in their show?
