People talk about TDP going down hill but geez Trollhunters (/tales of arcadia) just got worse with every installment. I think I want it to stay dead.

Live Action Remake

EDIT: Jack Black voices Blinky and Dwayne Johnson voices Aaargh. All the main characters look and act like adults for no reason. Either Bular or Strickler just gets cut, or has their character nuked to make it more 'kid-friendly' and 'realistic'.

TDP was good, 3Below was fine but definitely not as good, Wizards had potential but failed to act on it and ended up making the characters feel shallow (also would've been better with just Douxie and Claire, instead of sticking in a ton of characters and subplots that didn't need to be there), and the movie was just bad.

I honestly prefer to just treat the original Trollhunters as a standalone, the stuff that branched off was very obviously declining in how well thought out it was and the overall writing quality.

It’d be cool if they did a special or smth RIGHT about Jim and the new timeline but it’s super messed up and he’s freaking out. That’d be funny.

Troll hunters S3 was a step down from the first two, and I was including 3 below & wizards which were steps down from that.

But I also don't dislike TDP arc two as much as some here

What is it you want? A third season that retcons the movie, and also ignores 3Below and Wizards?

Yes a retcon would do good, it would completely erase the events of the movie and things that lead to it that can be simply changed. Also I wouldn't need to ignore 3below and wizards

It was only two spin offs and a movie, and it ended a while ago and I need it back. And what do you mean they weren't good? I get the argument for rot but 3below and wizards were pretty good
