Discussion Wonderstorm Low-Key Dropped in a Hint About Thunder's Demise Spoiler

So obviously I'm speculating but hear me out. The screenshot is from "Heart of a Titan" and if you haven't seen up to this episode at least WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING? GO WATCH IT RIGHT NOW! YOU'LL THANK ME LATER!
Anyway, for those in the know the majority of this episode is an epic flashback artfully told from both the perspectives of Viren and Harrow woven together. Much of the flashback centers around the time of Sarai's death and through Harrow's outfit we're led to believe that even during Harrow's reminiscence that we're only shown that time. However if you look closely at the screenshot we can see that Viren is sporting the grey in his goatee, a trait that is notably absent throughout the rest of the flashbacks.
So onto my actual theory. Right before this scene we are shown Viren and Harrow making war plans with catapults against a distinctive looking dragon figurine. I think in this scene we're being shown Harrow and Viren's preparations for their assault on the Dragon King that happened at last winter's turn. We know that Viren killed the Dragon King through Dark Magic but the question that has been bugging me is how exactly? I think this scene is showing Viren's preparation of his spell that slew the Dragon King. You can see on the table a mystical looking bottle and what appears to be a unicorn's horn which could easily be a spell ingredient. The most interesting part is that he's holding Sarai's spear, the weapon of a queen who sacrificed her life in service to her people and had been killed by Thunder himself. I don't know the rules for magic in general in this universe at this point but that sounds like a recipe for a powerful spell. My guess is that Sarai's spear will be used somehow to kill Thunder, either as an ingredient for a Dark Magic spell, or as some kind of enchanted weapon.
Thoughts?

You can also see all those ingredients drawn in the end credits at the end of the episode. So you may be onto something.

It was a very op spell. For the spell which killed the dragon king is probably only a few can survive casting and is probably responsible for much of Viren current face.

If not exactly the same bottle, that bottle bears a resemblance to the one containing the fireflies earlier in the flashbacks. It’s got the similar curved “?” like symbol. In addition, part of me thinks that may be an elven horn. The curve on the “attached” end looks like it may fit on a head. The problem with that though, is that most elves have dark horns, with the only exception being (possibly) the quick glimpse we got of a sky elf. Perhaps a cloaking spell? Or enchanting the spear to allow it to kill a Sky Dragon?

We know that Viren and Harrow are the ones who killed Thunder. It’s very possible Harrow did it with Sarai’s spear after Viren enchanted it.
Still, doesn’t the container near it resemble the one used for fireflies?
