Announcement [Meta] The State of TheDragonPrince
Please take the short poll here regarding the state of submissions on the subreddit
I promised this a while ago, so here it is. Users have raised concern regarding the amount and type of content prevalent on the subreddit as of late. I know people feel strongly about the subject, so I think it's important to get your thoughts on the matter.
Is there too much fan art? Not enough discussion? Not enough fan art? TOo much discussion? Whatever your thoughts are, let us know here. Feel free to give any thoughts on the the rules, moderation, or anything else that may come to mind.

I mostly lurk here, haven't quite gotten up the guts to jump in and be active, but I have to admit that the overabundance of fanart has something to do with it. I know people love to see it, but I have a lot of artist friends and I know that they hate having their fanart reposted. When a random person posts it here they don't get the upvotes and don't see the praise. If the fanart was shared as a direct link only it would be an extra step for people here to see it, but the artists deserve those hits. Just something to consider. Maybe approaching some of the artists and asking their feelings on it could help. Might entice the artists to sign up and participate.
