Calling it right now, Claudia had to sacrifice several people to bring back Viren. Also, poor Soren. His sister’s disgusted with him, and even though it was an illusion he just realized that he’s capable of patricide. I’m guessing he’s gonna be scared to pick up a sword next season. But he was a rockstar this season! It’s been building but this really tied it together.

it was on top of a specific mountain. i dont think its hard to remember especially when you climbed that mountain yourself.

Either way, how would the crow know how to reach her specifically? More importantly, how did that message get to her within hours, giving her enough time to come and pick them up in the woods?

i dont know. how do pidgeons know where to find people, or to send messages?

i dont breed carrier birds, but it was also always a thing i found fascinating, how the birds found their destination.

They know how to get home, so basically you bring them with you from foreign locations and then they can carry a message back there!

But, in all fantasy shows the crows just seem to know where to go. Even in Game of Thrones, you never see people picking up raven cages from Winterfell to take to King’s Landing so that the king could send messages back to Winterfell, or anything like that. The fantasy logic is that they just know, I guess.

They did in the book. Sam's main responsibility is taking care of ravens. It's hightlighted a bit when they go North of the wall. He has some from many major cities.

The other ravens you just have to assume are transported in a similar manner behind the scenes.

i dont think you need to remember the way. it was a mountain in their own kingdom. it has to have a name, and they probably have it on some sort of map.

crow master was probably just told to send a message "to the top of mt moon" (for the lack of its real name).

the caldera was the moon lake
