I liked the episode, but I still don't get why the other elfs did not help in the battle.

Which ones? The only ones able to get there overnight was the Sun Elves who knows what's going on (more or less) and everyone else probably didn't hear about this event until the day after because of how sudden this was.

Viren's army invaded for like three to five days.

Speaking of which what the fuck was Sol Regen doing this entire time. Is he still stuck under that stone bridge? Did Virens army go past him and be like "lol dumb bitch"

Different entry point, probably. There's probably a couple of dozens of miles if lava river.

Well Team Zym entered the sneaky moon-elf back way in, so it stands to reason that their path could've been many miles from the point the armies went through.

From what Rayla said in the first episode, I don't think he's well liked even among the elves and other dragons. They might be steering clear of each other. After all, he doesn't seem to have done anything after finding out that Zym's alive. He's just too bitter.

They went through the breach and not the secret moonstone passage that Rayla and Callum took, I'm guessing he's blocking that other path and not near the breach

They had no problem dealing with 5-6 dragons in the middle of a battle. He's probably chained to a rock somewhere.
