The one bit I didn't like was the dragonfire. Sure, it looked cool for the trailer, but 1) attacking fire soldiers with fire is just immensely stupid and 2) it felt very un-Ezran to suddenly be OK with personally leading an attack.

i mean he did look down from his dragon very sad at all of the casualties :( maybe it's representative of him being forced to make a choice.. and having to choose the lesser of two evils. although to be fair, ezran didn't support viren killing xadians, or having the other kingdoms attack katolis. but we never heard his opinion on stopping katolians (driven by dark magic).
