Shigaraki's body is modified to be as fast as All Might. All Might *runs* at mach 10 as stated by WOG, and can physically operate at least as fast as he can travel, seeing as how he does stuff like the Tokyo Sky Egg feat and this, knocking dozens if not hundreds of villain clones into the air at top speed. Basically, Shigaraki at minimum is operating at this level of speed with not just his travel speed, but short burst movement, like punching and blocking. Sentry is going to be extremely overwhelmed with this, considering Iron Man who strikes at mach 3 is able to tag him multiple times and catch him by surprise despite being marginally slower. Not only this, but Shigaraki continuously adapts to the speed of his opponent. Deku who was able to make Shigaraki look like a statue with Gearshift was struggling to keep up with him minutes later after Shigaraki's body changed to keep up. Sentry will never maintain a speed advantage against Shigaraki.
Shigaraki is a malicious emotionally manipulative demon who can regenerate from nearly anything, decay cities in seconds, and physically overwhelm Sentry. Sentry has no way of killing him and is essentially 1 touch away from immediate death against someone who's abilities are immediately lethal to him but who he is not immediately lethal to.
Since my opponent’s first response was short, and I used quite a few words to post Sentry’s clearly superior stats, I will make this brief. First of all, Soden hasn’t posted any relevant lifting feat by a single My Hero Academia character. Jumping is not lifting, and it’s questionable whether All Might slowing the descent of this observation platform is lifting. Unlike Sentry or Shigaraki, All Might can’t fly, so this feat is still him basically jumping into the platform and colliding forcefully with it. Ignoring that, the platform is clearly based on the Tokyo Dome, of which the only part I can find a listed weight for is the roof, at 400 tons. Needless to say, this is inferior to Sentry throwing a monster weighing thousands of tons hundreds of meters, let alone him lifting something the size of a country.
As for speed, Sentry’s favorite move, to the point characters in the comics point it out, is to fly straight at his opponent and take them into space to either rip them apart or throw them into the Sun. He can do this at speeds over 30 times faster than the mach 10 figure Soden provided. Once Sentry and Shigaraki are in space, the latter will be at a severe disadvantage, as he’s dependent on the atmosphere to fly fast, and needs oxygen to live.
Finally, Shigaraki’s death touch is irrelevant. It is a matter manipulation power, while Sentry has resisted things that would alter his matter, and regenerated from the literal Molecule Man disintegrating him. That was before he gained the ability to manipulate molecules himself, which he used to disintegrate the Molecule Man and create a wolf thing out of thin air. While Shigaraki and the guy he got his death touch from show no ability to manipulate matter beyond destroying it and altering its shape, Molecule Man can easily control protons and neutrons to change solid elements into water and gasses, or vice versa, which Sentry also demonstrates with the wolf thing. As for Shigaraki affecting Sentry’s soul, this effect has only happened when the former has used his quirk stealing ability, while Sentry obviously has no quirks. Secondly, a Celestial who absorbed the souls of the millions to billions of people Knull killed took awhile to absorb Sentry’s soul, I doubt Shigaraki would be much more successful, especially considering the Void seems to be able to absorb souls as well.
In conclusion, Sentry tears the man who can lift maybe a thousandth of what he can in half, or transmutes his brain into glass.

Shigaraki vs Sentry Response 1
Strength -
Sentry's RT shows his strength clearly, with feats such as cratering large amounts of concrete with his strikes, and by charging he gets more powerful, able to push Hulk down and nearly obliterate a stadium and some buildings, and able to buckle a small city by ramming it at max power. For lifting, his best includes stuff like being able to lift an oil tanker, or throwing a small ship into space, but not strong enough to stop this collapsing helicarrier on his own. So I make my first claim, Sentry is not strong enough to significantly harm Shigaraki with his physical attacks. Shigaraki is fundamentally beefier and tougher than what Sentry is capable of dealing with. Shigaraki at full power with just physical strength is far stronger than the out-of-his-prime All Might that could do this to a few city blocks, and Deku who can create a shockwave wider than the base of Mt. Fuji and gouge out the ground for miles ahead, can take this even before undergoing a surgery that gave him immense physical strength, and can create a ravine that bores through mountains with a quirk combination attack against Deku. For lifting, he's knocked the UA fortress of it's axis by jumping, and should be similar in power to All Might who can do this to the Tokyo Sky Egg with ease. Meaning, Shigaraki is easily able to resist grappling if Sentry tries it.
Speed -
Shigaraki's body is modified to be as fast as All Might. All Might *runs* at mach 10 as stated by WOG, and can physically operate at least as fast as he can travel, seeing as how he does stuff like the Tokyo Sky Egg feat and this, knocking dozens if not hundreds of villain clones into the air at top speed. Deku who was able to make Shigaraki look like a statue with Gearshift was struggling to keep up with him minutes later after Shigaraki's body changed to keep up. Sentry will never maintain a speed advantage against Shigaraki.
Behavior/Win Conditions
Sentry will not bode well against Shigaraki in a fight because they're fundamentally incompatible. Sentry is a low-functioning schizophrenic (among other things) who cannot properly control his powers and loses track of an inferior opponent simply because his mind cannot process multiple tasks at once. Shigaraki is a psychopathic demon of hatred who will endlessly taunt and overwhelm him emotionally until he literally cannot function. He's the Void's more evil drunk uncle and he wants to throw a beer bottle at Sentry.
Shigaraki vs Sentry up front isn't even a challenge, Sentry goes in trying to bludgeon him to death or shoot energy blasts and Shigaraki touches him with a finger once and the fight is over. This is Shigaraki's de facto mode of operation, so much so he'll do it instinctively after waking up and Sentry has no idea what he can do. He has no viable way to destroy Shigaraki and Shigaraki has literal instant-touch death that's potent enough to destroy souls, combined with hyper regeneration, the ability to activate a defense form if he feels threatened, and the inability to die from anything less from total bodily destruction. Regeneration is irrelevant against total erasure of both your body and soul, something Sentry has no resistance to.
Conclusion/Summary
Shigaraki is a malicious emotionally manipulative demon who can regenerate from nearly anything, decay cities in seconds, and physically overwhelm Sentry. Sentry has no way of killing him and is essentially 1 touch away from immediate death against someone who's abilities are immediately lethal to him but who he is not immediately lethal to.
