Is niet van mij maar post het hier, mischien helpt het- ik ken wel het drama van de verloren knuffel

I am renting a flat, ~65sq.m fully furnished and in a well reputated neighborhood of den haag. The flat has 2 floors, the upper floor is rent by another tenant. In order to get upstairs they have to go through the corridor and this is where my bathroom, toilet and small storage room are. The door for my apartment is a sliding door, so no security at all. I am paying around 1500ish all inclusive. After looking over funda and pararius the price seems reasonable, but I am having seconds thoughts mainly because I have to share common spaces with the other tenants. What do you think?

I (29M) just went to SportCity as my first gym experience ever, and it was more nerve wrecking than I expected.

The cardio section was pretty chill, since you can just hop on a machine. But I didn't know what to do in the strength training section (what I'm actually interested in).

That's why I'm looking for a gymbuddy (preferably someone new-ish).

I can go to the SportCity in De Uithof or the one in Loosduinseweg. Monday, Wednesday and Friday during lunch time, but I'm flexible.

Hi allemaal! We zijn al vaker bij Ockenburg geweest, en liepen dan eigenlijk altijd het kabouterpad. Dit keer zijn we naar het andere stuk bos geweest (zeg maar richting het zuiden), en waren we blij verrast hoe mooi en rustig dat stukje was. Misschien lastig uit te leggen maar het voelde heel anders dan bijvoorbeeld het Haagse bos of het Westduinpark.

Nou zijn er vast nog meer opties, dus ik was benieuwd wat jullie tips zijn!

Hi everyone! Just as all of the studying begins, my laptop broke and I wanted to ask if there is any good and not too expensive repair shops in Den Haag? Would really appreciate any leads or help!

I am travelling to The Hague for a couple of days and need to use the tram. However, I am confused about the tickets, as most sources say it is best to get an OV card(?). However if this is the same as in other cities (Mobib in Brussels, Oyster in London, etc.) then I just don’t think it’s necessary. Can I just buy a single use ticket as I will only be making a few journeys?

Some websites suggest you can simply use contactless debit card against the validating machine, however this doesn’t seem to be on any official sources. If not, are there machines to buy tickets?

Ik vroeg me af of er nog meer mensen zijn die de auto wel eens voor de garage parkeren (buurt Escamp). Ik woon nu een paar maanden in Den Haag, heb ook op aanwijzing van de buren een kenteken plaat boven de garage gehangen maar bij mij is de 2e bekeuring hiervoor al binnen. Zijn er mensen met dezelfde ervaring, of juist niet? Ik ben erg benieuwd.

Update; thanks for the tips. They do have the eierbal at the mentioned 'Ockenbugh vis & snacks'. I just had one, it was delicious. They did tell me on fridays they get a fresh supply that will last about half a week when it's busy. Thanks for the tip Cute-Chemist & s_bling you made my year ;-)
