Found this online. It diverges quite a bit from the one that was filmed, but is really good. Just as good as the one that was produced.

Wow. I love this part of the setting: "despite all the problems inherent, there is a deep if peculiar affection for the city felt, though rarely expressed, by it's residents. The past is always present here, unlike the new metropolises of the West. We are in a remnant of old America as it struggles to make itself into part of the new". You can definitely feel and see that in the show- "why would anyone ever wanna leave Baltimore?".
