Since you posted in English, I think it warrants to ask for some more details. Do you live here permanently? Are you learning the language? Do you need them to speak fluent English? Things like that.

Have you tried the Meetup app? It's much easier for people to meet in groups and form some friendships there rather than set up "a date" with a potential mate.

I've met several foreign tourists in Gdansk that travelled here solo (although they obviously weren't looking for any lasting friendship since they were just visiting) by them approaching my group of friends on the night out. Although it was in the olden days of the early noughties and I don't really know if that would fly with the crowds your age today.
