Science In Australia, Dr. Andrew Morgan DOE, Gov't Western AU. has basically just laid out back engineering UAP in the open.

This is just one of many this department has issued and the science is jaw-dropping! So, put on your PHD hats and go in for a deep dive in to Psionic reverse engineering.

This paper introduces a groundbreaking synthesis between advanced unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAP) reverse engineering and the reemergent concept of psionics, defined here not as a fringe esoteric curiosity but as a scientifically grounded interface paradigm between consciousness and field-responsive technologies. Drawing from the full breadth of the NRGscapes UAP Research Program, including Scalar Resonant Mobility Systems (SRMS), trans medium propulsion, IR waveform harmonics, biofield-encoded lattices, and phase-tunable orb and orb-like craft and object morpho dynamics, we assert that what is being popularly termed "psionics" is better understood as neuro-resonant scalar coupling. Through rigorous observational data, theoretical modelling, and fieldcraft design frameworks, the research shows that scalar-lattice environments are not merely responsive to mechanical input but can be dynamically engaged through harmonically structured, consciousness-derived input frequencies. The paper outlines the physiological and biophysical principles enabling this coupling, focusing on porphyrin-lattice bio interfaces, harmonic signature matching (notably F# and D), and pane-layered valving architecture. These systems suggest that the operator or pilot is not merely navigating a craft, but co-resonating with a field, a phenomenon increasingly reported in declassified military encounters and civilian observations alike. The result is a new mode of craft control where cognition modulates spacetime topology itself, a capability previously considered the realm of science fiction. By integrating these insights into a unified Psionic Control Model, the paper not only repositions the meaning of psionics in a contemporary context but also opens a technological roadmap for defense, aerospace, and deep-space exploration industries. Consciousness, once the most elusive variable in the scientific method, may now be the most essential element in next-generation propulsion and navigation. -I mean WOW- But wait, there's more... This link will take you the the paper about this, but if you look up or click on this department, there is so, so much more. It's all taken for granted that yes, we have them, and yes, we are back engineering. Just laid out matter-of-fact, as pretty as you please.

Fascinating. It is becoming harder and harder for the skeptics to ignore the psi aspect of all of this. Hopefully we can stop using the phrase 'woo' as well.

Who needs the US to disclose?

I like what I'm seeing. The woo deserves to be retired because we now have scientific terms. Yes!

I know, right? The more I look outside the US, the more it seems that we are the backwards morons that go willfully ignorant into the future. As far as the 'woo' goes, I will kind of miss that term.

Is it just me or does that article sound just like Chat GPT?

Yeah, the randomly bolded fun terms and bullet points are pretty obviously an AI.

Department of Education, not Energy. The multiple references are all to the same author - himself. This isn't published to a journal or conference, he posted the manuscript himself. It's a cool read but this is a speculative document, not a scientific roadmap.

No peer review, no evidence, but speculation

out back engineering

I'm glad to see other countries fighting for disclosure, too. I think we'll find out the five eyes alliance goes much deeper than we've been told.

I know some of those words ....

It's just a theoretical paper on how things could work in the future with crafts designed to respond to brainwaves.

Nothing else is demonstrated by this paper.

It's so much worse than that. The speculation doesn't even have any evidence or elegance behind it, it's essentially just saying "it could be this way" without any reason why it could be that way and not another. It's using references to cool sounding things like resonance and porphyrin, but doesn't show their connection.

Where a scientific paper is supposed to use careful steps to lead your through a gap in knowledge, this is using gaps in knowledge as steps.

Also, all the citations are to the same author. I realize in the UFO community that doesn't sound like much, but anyone who knows science knows that's a big old warning sign.

106 publications he has. Many of them (didn't check all) related to UAPs somehow.

Interestingly enough, I can see some parallels there to Bob Monroe's works. It would be quite the story if his endeavours were one of the keys to fully unlocking the phenomenon (a thought, which I think has non-zero probability).

It sort of fell apart for me when the guy talked about AI helping out..
