I think advanced civilizations from thousands and thousands years ago did exist.. they had crazy tech and understanding of the world. They had above ground cities and below. Their tech on the surface was destroyed or covered up by great cataclysms but their tech underground and below the ocean still exist today. The UFOs coming from the water and the greys that pilot them are essentially the groundskeepers of the planet, and still operating today. Organic based AI that is still serving out its initial protocol. The builders and remnants of those civilizations are underground.

Chances are that we are not being visited by something from somewhere else. I'm not saying that there isn't a myriad of theories, but due to the distances between stars, we are very likely seeing something that comes from earth or at least our system. If not, then the tech difference is more than likely so staggering that they could have invisible cities just floating up in space.

I’m looking forward to the hearing as a believer, but I’m a little disappointed that the two witnesses that have been announced are one time “luck of the draw” witnesses.

I think this conversation moves forward with active participants of the legacy program not “one time I saw a thing” witnesses.

No shade on them, I think they’re legit cases, I just wonder what Congress is supposed to do with it vs another Grusch type with investigations and potential documentation.
