Last part of his series - thought there were some really revealing bits in there surrounding the whistleblower psychology. Lots of crit in the other subs for 'no evidence' but the guy was never going to disclose in a blog post; what it is valuable for is the insight into what he's involved in behind the scenes, and what might push him to disclose further.

He's talking about PEADs here, or Presidential Executive Action Directives. They were created after the formation of the National Security Act after Roswell and Truman signed the first ones into action.

Fascinating - Brown certainly seems to be in the habit of pointing subtly at things to confirm them. Extraordinarily scary powers described in your link.
