I have applied through the project and gave my certification exam on their annotation tool on the 29th, and I still haven't received any emails regarding whether I passed the certification exam or not. Do they mail u late, or should I consider that I have failed and they won't reply because I also mailed them regarding this and they did not reply to the mail as well.

Has anyone managed to pass Karl_L3, Karl_L2_Annotation and Evaluation certification, and Karl_L2_Authoring certification (Atlas project)? I’ve never struggled this much with a OneForma certificate, I keep failing and don’t understand what I’m doing wrong. Am I the only one?

I am unable to log in to my OneForma account because I have lost access to the authenticator app linked to my account. Unfortunately, I also no longer have my recovery codes.

Could anyone please help me reset my MFA so that I can regain access to my account?
