Championship Palestine flag in Birmingham

For the third time this season, we were told to take down our Palestinian flag. By different people for different reasons.

We’ve been told it’s about league policies, TV policies, and stadium policies. They seem to be deflecting from the fact that it is actually their own decision. Wondering if any other clubs around the league have dealt with the same issue.

Championship RIFC if you’re gonna make us park 3 miles away, the least you can do is not be bad hosts

RIFC you make away fans park 3 miles away and walk to your stadium and then escort us (Hartford fans) in with police like it’s Serbia, the least you can do is also escort us back to the lot.

Hope the shit head RIFC fan who decided to chase Hartford fans onto the bus and threw punches enjoys his night in the Pawtucket jail cell.

Why is Sacramento FC doing this? Saying MLS is really the LEADER?!? So you are building this BIG stadium just to possibly go to MLS? What a backstabbing move that would be if they did that. What are you scared of being RELEGATED?!? They want the safer option of the MLS system if they are bad. I hope this doesn’t happen

Championship How do we grow the league?

I know we probably aren’t going to solve this in this thread but what does everyone think? I’m watching the New Mexico vs Miami game and there’s like 3 people there.

How do we as supporters help to grow this league? I can buy all the tickets I want but we need more eyes and more supporters on the teams and the leagues. Football is not short of fans. I really want the USL to be successful.

Hello all! I made the trek from St. Louis to Pawtucket to chronicle the home stadium debut for Rhode Island FC and I witnessed one of the most incredible home crowds I've ever seen...at ANY level!

Championship Great Stadium

Props to RIFC for building a great stadium for the beautiful game! Photos don’t do this gem justice. I have been to games around the world and this a new favorite. While I may not be a fan of the home team I found as an old friend would say “Peace, Love and Futbol”… all of the RIFC fans that we met were friendly, fun, and welcoming.

I hate to hear about those on the bus that was not what we experienced from any of the RI fans.

Championship USLC vs USL1: How Much of a Gap Is There?

This past weekend we saw another round of the Jägermeister Cup, where we saw a few matches where teams from the USL Championship and USL League One squared off against one another.

One good thing about having this Jägermeister Cup is that we get to see teams from each league face off against one another. Whereas before we would only see these teams meet each other infrequently in the US Open Cup.

I can’t help but see posts here where people wonder how a USL Championship team could lose to a USL1 team.

But one has to wonder; just how much of a gap between the teams in each league are in terms of performance? Because we’re probably learning through this Cup that this gap isn’t as wide as we originally thought.

What do you guys think?
