Maple syrup, honey, Tailwind mixed to a gel consistency, apple sauce, or horse semen are all good options.

Are there any horse semen squeezy containers that'll stay in the gel holders?

I could soak it in matted hair and hang them from the holders. Sucking on them as needed. Rock the oonga boonga look while staying carbed up.

I might have misunderstood your question, I was thinking about things to put in re-usable gel containers, like the HydraPak gel flask.

I got gifted the linked running belt and I'm thinking of using it for an upcoming 100km.

I'm not using gels this training block, and while I could, I'd like to try and stick to water, carb/electrolyte drinks, and real food. I've got a 15l running pack which should be enough storage, but I'd like to be ready to move some simple stuff onto my waist but I don't want to buy a better belt. I've also got a stretchy waist boob tube that'd hold.more stuff, but I'm concerned how tight it is. This belt also could hold the dossard.

Any ideas what food I could stick in the gel holders that won't be overly affected by body heat and movement in that area. Still got a month to trial stuff.

Thanks for your time and help!
