This only includes drivers that have yet to race in GTP/Hypercar, I'll start with Daniel Juncadella, currently P2 in ELMS with IDEC Sport, and I think it's only a matter of time before he gets a hypercar drive.

Admittedly, I've been not watching too many races this season (family tends to get in the way), but from those that I have seen and the write-ups I read at at SC365 and DSC it seems to me that passing is getting more difficult in GT3-cars these days, with slower cars/drivers often staying in front of normally faster cars because those simply are unable to get past.
Now my first question is: Is that actually the case or is it just that I am watching the wrong races?
It would definitely make sense for GT3 to run into that sort of problem now that it is the de facto GT-class all around the world and the focus of lots of manufacturer attention, as that means that manufacturers have more big prizes to win with those cars and develop more complex aero-dynamics, which are then more susceptible to dirty air.
Finally, if that is indeed the case: What could be done about it? Do we need rules that limit what can be done on GT3s in terms of aero-dynamics?

Hello, I was wondering if anyone knows why there are significantly more Ferrari than any other manufacturers in the gt3 category?

This body panel - which I gather connects the cockpit area of the Oreca 07 with the left front wheel arch bodywork - had been chucked in the team's bin, sitting there together with regular waste. I'm well aware you should be careful handling carbon fibre parts, but can I hang this piece on my wall without getting cancer in a few decades?
Update: my wife was diagnosed with cancer in July, and as soon as I read the word 'carcinogenic' in a comment posted under another user's photo of debris that was collected after a crash, I got a bit apprehensive.

Hi all. Longtime F1 fan and brand new endurance fan here. I’ve become quite curious about how the business of being a driver works, particularly the sponsorship part. Years ago, I always thought sponsors gave money to the teams, and the teams used some of that money to hire drivers. But I’ve leaned that some drivers acquire their own sponsors and then join teams. I understood how rich kids can bring their family money to the table (e.g., Nikita Mazepin and a current Canadian F1 driver) but how does it work for drivers who don’t come from money? How do they find sponsors and how does the driver-sponsor-team arrangement work? Thanks!

The Jaguar XJR-14 was developed by Tom Walkinshaw Racing with key design input from Ross Brawn, Mark Thomas and John Piper. It's built around a carbon fibre and aluminium honeycomb monocoque, with a 4-point, bolt-on steel roll-over hoop. Power comes from a 3.5-liter Cosworth HB V8 engine mated to a TWR-designed six-speed manual transmission. With a race-ready weight of just 750 kg, its composite body is aerodynamically sculpted to generate maximum downforce.
"This photo was taken during the assembly of the brand-new X91 chassis. It was to replace chassis 791, which was too damaged to be restored to a track-worthy condition. A new carbon body shell was therefore ordered from Astec, the original subcontractor. The goal was also to build a complete car before TWR's final liquidation permanently dispersed all the remaining mechanical and aerodynamic components. The future owner of the X91, Aaron Hsu, may have been behind this request. In the end, this reassembly resulted in a new, competition-capable XJR-14. However, this chassis has no racing record. It was once considered to affix a plate reading "791." But Mr. Hsu ultimately preferred not to do so. The plate is therefore faithful to reality and reads "chassis X91." The only reminder of chassis 791 is the date of entry into service: August 1991. Instead of March 2003. Thanks to Ian Edwards for sending this photo."
