Don’t expect that raise. Expect contractors coming in. The WCF is basis on climate change. The government has changed its mind in that. Doesn’t exist and that fund is gonna go away fast.

Our regional fuels call today stated WCF finding is frozen. WCF landscapes will have to use NFHF/HFSE for any implementation
