It's all presumably to fuck California over. Dump their reservoirs, lay off the firefighters, let the whole state burn, and there'll be one less blue state, fewer mexican immigrants, and less chinese imported goods, because the ports are on the west coast.

RIGHT because California is the only state fighting wildfire.

As far as militia, this would presumably have a much larger effect on other states programs, especially Rx fire.

Care to elaborate on that? what do you mean by militia? prison firefighters? I don't know squat about CalFire.
