Hiring
If I go into a ranger station and ask for the emails of the hiring managers or like the hiring officers for the fire hiring well the front desk give it to me? Because I can’t find any of their emails posted online.

There’s no reason why they wouldn’t! Most people don’t even have the gumption to ask. So you’re already a step in the right direction.

I think they might be unwilling to give email addresses to you because you "can find them in a publicly-available forum" (aka on the web). It used to be easier to search online because there was an employee search tool, but all I could find was this link.Try it. In case you need it, the FS is part of USDA.

USAJOBS.gov has the firefighting open positions posted. Hiring managers can’t do much if there’s no application in the system. Introductions help for when they get the requisition of candidates for the position whom have applied, they may just remember you if you make if through the hiring system. Best of luck!

If you go during business hours the hiring manager might be there to talk to. Ask for the captain of the fire crew

I've definitely had my email given to interested parties, and I'm not even a hiring manager.

Well doesn't hurt to try, I suggest calling better if you really want the job. It's alot quicker and can be directed to the right people, just ask for the number whoever is in charge for fire hire.
Side note/edit: was there a specific one you were looking for?
