CA IMT 7 is deleting all the negative comments on their fb page. Zero accountability. This is leadership we should trust??

Although we have been searching for him since yesterday afternoon, CBP has concealed his whereabouts—our client has not been able to make contact with his lawyer or family, the ICE detainee locator has never been updated, and our attempts to use the DHS’s systems to locate him failed.
They may not be intentionally concealing his whereabouts. The system is so dysfunctional that people just disappear. They spell names wrong, they transfer detainees from contracted jail to contracted jail, and these systems don’t talk to each other.

They are intentionally doing all that so these people's families and lawyers can't find them to provide legal help before they deport them. That's why people being kidnapped from LA were being immediately sent to Texas before being trafficked through multiple different states within the first week.

I’m telling you the system would have lost them in previous administrations. Can you show me that this is intentional now? They didn’t need to change anything. They lost people prior to 2025.
If this is “everyone goes to Texas and then gets deported” then that’s escalation! And I don’t doubt it. I’m saying this isn’t new.
It might be scaling up, though, and that’s where I want numbers.
Edit: they’re obviously raiding in an upscale way. I’m saying that once someone gets picked up, they’re lost. We’ve seen this for decades.

Previously they were held in the closest detention facility until they had their day in court. They didn't ship them halfway across the country overnight immediately after picking them up and "forget" to enter them into the tracking system. Only to then ship them to another state, and another state, and another in an attempt to confuse and deter anyone from trying to find their whereabouts.

THAT ALREADY HAPPENED IN THE LAST TWO DECADES. It’s not new. It’s just escalated, and you need to start understanding the difference.
They were held in the closest facility for the most part. Many, many people got shipped out to other detention centers. I was having conversations with families circa 2011 about how their dad got picked up and no one could find him. The system was already broken. They’re exploiting the cracks.

I didn't say it never happened before. I said now it's intentional.
They’re exploiting the cracks.
OK so you agree they are doing it intentionally.

We’re on the same side here, so I hope you decide to take action within the confines of your position.
I got mad because again, this isn’t new. It’s been happening for decades. Whether it’s negligence or intentional, it’s a failure.
Have a great day!

You're not telling us anything other than how much you like the taste of boot.
Previous administrations have been both cruel and incompetent, but the current ICE/DHS regime is markedly different.

Yes, it is, but pretending people didn’t get lost before is ignorant. They may be doing intentionally now. But they fucking lost people going back the almost 20 years I’ve been looking at the systems this involves.
People ALWAYS got deported without anyone knowing. People ALWAYS got deported by mistake.
What happened here should be high profile, but it’s not unusual. Make noise.
Edit: I’m not talking about them picking people up. That has clearly gone off the rails. I’m talking about how once you get picked up, you’re gone.

man in red suit sweats choice between two buttons
Left button: current administration is shady as fuck
Right button: current administration is just a little bit more incompetent than previous administrations1

That’s what the news told you. Trying listening to the people who are actually affected and not a business that has a lot of money to gain by you being misinformed.

I have worked adjacent to the immigration system in the criminal justice and social service systems from about 2005-2020. I’m not getting this from the news.
This is obviously far, far worse than before because of the elevated numbers of people being swept up. But the process of losing people is the same. It doesn’t have to be intentional. The system was already broken.

Sure, bro.
The people sending legal immigrants to foreign torture camps and random African countries are totally above board and this is all just an honest mistake.

I’m saying there’s a significant level of incompetence and lack of tech advancement built into the system. They’ve been losing people for decades. The current system has new curveballs, but it’s not like people didn’t disappear before.
The deportations to third countries is crazypants. THAT’S new.
Wildfire is a small part of the federal government. People outside of your small part have been watching this shit unfold for a very long time. They’ve been losing people in immigration for decades. But now that it’s YOUR guy, you care.
I’m done here.

They just ship them out. There was a time the local detention center got paid to hold them, now they don’t. So away they go.

"Duty, Integrity, and respect" is the new "I was just following orders at Auswitz". They're going to open up death camp taskbooks next

And don't forget: The LEOs on your district/forest will go along with all of this crap just like this BLM ranger did, because hogs gonna hog.
But, they'll all sit at ICP, doing fuck all, getting paid the same 14 16s you are on the line for doing 'sEcUriTy'.

I'm sure they're bouncing him around before they deport him without ever seeing a judge.
