Homemade Wings Perfect Air Fryer Crisp

Post image

Marinated for 2 days in chili oil(the good shit from the asian market) and some honey habanero sauce. Topped with some salt, pepper, MSG, a few shakes of a smokey honey rub, and a little baking powder. Guessing the sugars caramelized and helped out with the crispiness. Tasted amazing.

It's a Gourmia that I got from Costco about 4 years ago for ~40 bucks. Nothing too fancy, but it's been pretty dependable and perfect size for cooking for 1-2 people.

My parents love theirs by Insta, America’s Test Kitchen gave it great ratings.

Amazon has some great deals on bigger air fryers. I can't stand not being able to make 12 wings at a time.

375 for 15 min, then flipped and turned it up to 400 for about 10-ish. Need to babysit a bit on the second half to avoid burning the shit out of them.

Whenever I find feathers or hairs on my wings I wanna barf. I prefer to pretend like they were never on there in the first place
