Maybe my favorite sauce I've made yet. Melted a stick of butter, quickly cooked down 3 finely minced garlic cloves, maybe a tbs white vinegar, 1 cup franks, some garlic powder and just combined. Wings just deep fried at 375 for like 12-14mins.

My youngest is moving abroad to pursue her Master's degree in neuroscience. We've been having wings pretty much every Thursday since her graduation in late May. This is the last platter we shared this evening before we head to the airport tomorrow.

Just some salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder and a hint of chili powder. This way my kiddos can choose the sauce while I go with traditional buffalo sauce.

It’s amazing what you can cook on a standard 22” kettle ecen with 1/3 of the cooking surface unavailable.

Marinated overnight in buffalo, seasoned, smoked for 50 minutes then cooked at 450 until crisped and at temp. I serve them like this and don’t re-sauce them.

Happy National Chicken Wing Day - overnight brine, Nashville Hot seasoning, smoked one and a half hours with hickory, air fryer finish then tossed in a Thai style peanut sauce and topped with cherry preserves. This combo worked amazingly well.

Made some wings on the Weber for Summer Slam. Wife's favorite sauce is Cholula and it makes one hell of a buffalo sauce.
400 for 25 min, crispy as hell. I was given an insane amount of SBR buffalo wing sauce at a festival so I used some of it for these bad boys. Reduced to a pile of bones in mere moments.

I accidentally bought the larger wings instead of the party wings I usually buy, but they turned out great!
I always put my wings in a gallon ziploc bag with cornstarch, cayenne pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder, shake em up real good to coat them.
Then I put them in the air fryer at 400° F for 35-40 minutes flipping them about halfway. I like them super crispy so they don't sog out with the sauce.
I mix franks, Worcestershire sauce, and butter and add just a tablespoon or so of honey at the end.
These always turn out just the way I like them. Crispy, juicy, and full of flavor. I don't use ranch. And yes I can eat like 4 of these plates if I had enough for 4 plates haha!

Was craving wings tonight. Grilled once, deep-fried twice.
