guys pls i need your help

i just finish the witcher 3 on death march but the trophy dosnt pop up i don t touch the diffculty from the start and as you see i spend 150h on one run dont wanna do another one if there is a solution

I made this mod for someone else with a stuck trophy. Pop it in your Witcher folder and ensure you have the debug console enabled. Instructions are in the .txt file
