Basically, the way the magic in the Wheel of Time works is that there are 5 elements: Earth, Air, Fire, Water, and Spirit. Egwene is specifically very strong in Earth, and to a lesser extent, Fire, both of which are unusual in women. One of the common things she'll do to fight is basically create an explosion of earth underneath her enemies. Another thing she can do that's special is that she can turn materials into cuendillar, which is an unbreakable substance, although it takes a bit and I don't know how useful it would be in this context. She can do a bunch of other things, like call down lightning and stuff, but those two are her big strengths.
She is also a Dreamer, meaning she sometimes has prophetic dreams and she can travel into the dream world (Tel'Aran'Rhiod) and into other people's dreams while sleeping. She's pretty badass there, but it's not really something that's useful in a battle.
She also can do some teleportation, but I think that would take too long to be used in a battle.
