Israel boasts ‘surgical precision’ missile technology — so why are children being killed, amputated, and trapped under rubble? Americans, is this what you want billions of your tax payer dollars going towards? Murdering children when they have the technology not to?

Religion sure is divisive huh.

Point 1 and 2 are basically the same thing, and based solely on unreliable religious texts... And point 3 seems totally invalid given Israel have killed more than 50x the number of people killed on October 7th since October 7th.

It isn't a proportionate response, it never has been. You're on the wrong side of history.

I'm not siding with Israel. What I typed is the logic Israel uses to justify killing and raping Palestinians.

I see, that definitely wasn't clear! Hope for peace ❤️

What is a proportionate response? Hamas and the regular gazans who followed behind them murdered 1200 people and injured about 3500 in a single day.

How to calculate what is proportional? Its easy not say what isn't if you have no baseline or formula. How many militants is it ok to kill? What's an appropriate civilian to militant ratio?

I know no one will actually give an answer along those formulas and I'll just be insulted or someone will post quip about killing children or genocide and feel they've spiked the ball. I know this is a propaganda subreddit solely for Hamas propaganda but try to up the level of discourse. You might learn something having to research to make a logical argument.

It's not propaganda, it's opinion.

Israel has been the aggressor for decades, and have killed over 50x the number killed on October 7th since then. 50x... Almost all of whom are innocent civilians.

I have hated Israel (NOT Jews, Israel) for over 25 years, watching the sacking of Jerusalem, Rafah, Jenin, etc. Previously "Gen-Z" were ignorant of the history, the battle of Jenin was before most of them were born. But now that the assault on Gaza city has effectively been live streamed the hatred for Israel is growing.

I should reiterate again, I don't care about religion, I've known several Jewish people in the UK that I would consider friends. Jewish people are not a problem, Israel's war crimes are.

20,000 killed were militants.

You wrote a lot of words, but did no research on your fact".

Ill help, where did you hear/see this almost all innocent civilians?

Educate me then. Don't belittle, educate.

Israel has not been the aggressor for decades.

This is worth reading if you want an unbiased view of the history:

You can decide if you think Israel had a right to be there.

I believe so, considering the history and that the land purchases were legal.

You can decide for yourself on that, but it is clear as day who the aggressor has been.

You'll forgive me for not clicking random Google Drive links!!

Ok, up to you. I wrote it myself with the help of AI.

I wanted to learn about the conflict. I was debating with people on the Israel-Palestine subreddit and promised some people I'd to a deep dive. And a deep dive I did.

It's 12 pages, a chronology of the major events, starting with a very brief summary of what happened thousands of years ago, quickly moving on to major events since WW2. And has the Palestinian argument, and Israeli argument, for each event.

I'm pretty proud of it, I think it's about as unbiased as possible and shows the perspective from both sides. Btw that's just an HTML link. It's on my google drive but the link just opens the text in a browser window.

Let me know your thoughts if you end up reading it.

Sounds like a good exercise, well done!

Still not going to access random Google Drive files though 😅

I mentioned that you should find a source that backs up your claim. The act of just trying to validate your own claim will educate you.

Come back with that info and then I'll answer any specific question. Im happy to but if people dont validate their own posts im positive they are not trying to validate my post. They just post random opinions from their head.

I assume you see the perfect irony of calling us propagandists, claiming that you know better, and then refusing to evidence anything yourself? Ironic, hypocritical.

There's one way this will go, you point to IDF estimates, I point to humanitarian organisations estimates. The IDF bend their information to justify their war crimes. The humanitarian organisations don't have reliable information because their movements are restricted. ...We'll both claim the other is believing propaganda, and we'll get nowhere.

I chose to believe MSF, WFP, UNICEF, Amnesty International, etc over the IDF.

That's closer to an actual response. Thank you for engaging.

Where can I see a link to an official statement from any of those organizations that its mostly civilians. It should reference their methodology. Then I'll be educated. I see interviews from individuals where they use hyperbole but no numbers or methodology.

IDF actually identifies the more major militants killed. You can usually tell by how many people Al Jazeera reports killed, subtract women and children mentioned, and then the remainder is most likely militants. If Al Jazeera reported on the militants, except for the ones that can't be ignored, hamas would punish them. Its an open secret that's not secret.
