DISCUSSION I think it would be nice if we had a pedestrian bridge over the Hrazdan gorge and a walking/running/biking pathway along the gorge on both sides. What do you guys think?

DISCUSSION General contractor recommendation
I would greatly appreciate a recommendation for a reliable general contractor that can do an entire apartment renovation that includes replacing water pipes. Thank you very much for your input.

What is the future for bicycles in Yerevan? As I lived my entire life in The Netherlands bicycles are part of everyday life. I hope Armenian people will get the opportunity to embrace it as well so what plans are there already to improve the infrastructure of biking?

DISCUSSION This area is approximately the size of Kentron and contains absolutely nothing, just plains. I think it is a perfect place to rebuilt historical buildings there, lost to Soviet occupation. What do you think?

DISCUSSION Is it possible to rebuild the tramways in Yerevan from zero in the nearest future?
I heard about the air pollution problem in Yerevan and thought, why can’t we rebuild the tramways to make sure that more people would use public transport. So how much chances do we have for the nearest f.e. 30 years to get a tramway system?

DISCUSSION Do you guys think that Yerevan will one day be able to compete with Tbilisi and Baku?
We all should admit that our city is nowhere as beautiful as the capitals of all other Caucasian states. Yerevan is cute, but our true beauty lies in our monasteries and landscapes. However, Yerevan is rapidly developing and its recently been announced that the Cascade Complex will be completed, Kond will be renovated, and new developments are underway such as the botanical garden being completely renovated and a new business city in its planning phase. Do you guys think that Yerevan will ever get close to Baku and Tblisi’s beauty levels?

DISCUSSION Lake Sevan
Wouldn't it be nice if we built a mini Geneva on the shores of Lake Sevan? Why is Sevan soo underdeveloped? We don't even have proper beaches there.
