What's something that can give me an adrenaline rush every single day.

I'm currently single and not looking and sober in recovery. I need an adrenaline rush every single day so I don't feel empty. It's not like I can go cliff diving everyday or skydiving. Whats something I can do on a daily basis that can give me adrenaline?

Skateboarding is good. Nothing lets me wind down like falling down the stairs a couple times

Don't end up like me, early 30s and when it's cold out and I've slept with my feet in an awkward position I have to use the handrail to walk down the stairs.

But if you're young then yh, skateboarding man, do it

Open a door. Put your toes 1mm from the end of the door. Slam the door.

Get into climbing. Go to a gym, play around, get to know people, figure out your climbing style & strengths/weaknesses. Contrary to popular belief, you don’t need to be able to do 30 pull-ups to be a good climber. Gets you to some amazing places outside and you’re almost always surrounded by good people.

Rockclimbing or bouldering (either at a gym or outside) really creates a solid adrenaline response.

Cycle to work, cycle to the store. People drive like shit nowadays so you might get some adrenaline from almost getting hit. At least, I do.

You're supposed to head in the opposite direction when getting sober. Find peace, find serenity. Adrenaline is the byproduct of a fight or flight response and it will make staying sober that much harder. You don't need an adrenaline rush every day, you've only convinced yourself that you do.

Try tennis, once you hooked up you’ll want it everyday every minute. It will pump you up and exhaust at the same time. I just played 4 hours yesterday and now I want to do it again although my body is screaming

Motorbike helps keep the adrenaline stoked in between the bigger activities

Not sure if you have a record, but if not:

Volunteer at an emergency clinic, fire department, or for a suicide help-line.

Do some good with the “adrenaline seeking”, start a career.

Buy a onewheel GT S-Series, ride it on trails.

I don't know if it's adrenaline per se but I take two or three cold showers a day and it gets my juices flowing for sure!

Furthermore I got sober at 30 and with the Newfound clarity I trusted myself on a motorcycle. Of course it's something that demands respecting care but it's definitely the most fun way to get anywhere!

Grab a longboard some knee shin pads and take up learning some slides. Low impact falls and can commute to places as well

Do you like video games? Because VR extraction shooters give me some insane adrenaline. Fighting a 3 man stack of kitted sweaty players for up to 20 plus min sometimes. Constant repositioning, healing, tactics and gunfights. It won't last forever but it will give you a few months of awesome heart pumping gameplay!

Buy a Onewheel. It has truly filled any adrenaline I need for the day. A quick 30 min ride can feel like I’ve done a couple runs on the slopes.
