Mendoj se po e gjeneralizon kishën. Kisha autoqefale serbe apo ruse, të cilat disa herë kanë "bekuar" ushtrinë dhe armët, janë raste individuale që janë dënuar në masë nga shumë vende të tjera ortodokse apo katolike. Ato janë popullizma dhe injoranca që s'kanë asnjë vend në besimin e krishterë, dhe aq më pak në qoftë se ke paqen si qëllim sublim dhe absolut.

Në kontekstin historik, kisha normalisht ka luftuar fort ndaj pushtimit osman, por në këtë rast është e qartë pse, apo jo?
