Can’t see product reviews on Amazon, anyone else experiencing this?

Hey everyone,

I’m shopping on Amazon right now and noticed I can’t see the customer reviews for products anymore. I’ve tried multiple browsers (and even the app), but the issue still persists. All I see is the product info but no reviews section.

Is anyone else experiencing this, or is it just me? Could this be a glitch or some new change Amazon is rolling out?

Update: it seems this problem only happens on Amazon US store for me not Amazon Aus store. Odd.

I noticed this on my app just now! Im on Amazon Spain and cant seem to find the review section at the bottom of the page !!!

Im curious if this could be due to the various countries not shipping parcels to US due to changes that was recently made by US govt.

I see. Im thinking maybe because Australia and New Zealand halting parcel postage to US as tariff chaos hits global carriers.

Yes, I had the same thing happen yesterday and after multiple tries, I managed to see them on the regular website, but the app kept glitching. I didn’t check yet today. Im in NYC.

I have been having this for the past few days. (USA) This is using desktop, not mobile app, I don't use the app.

You can get it to work by clicking on a certain star level, by using the dropdown arrow ⩔ near the star summary at the top of the product page. Then once the reviews load, you can clear the filter for a particular star level so that you can see all reviews. This would be so much easier to show if this subreddit allowed pictures.

I figure it is just one more change to Amazon to hide how crappy it has become. They can obfuscate the atrocious amount of used/dirty/returns Amazon is shipping out, prevents discovering counterfeit items, and just in general hides the poor quality of pretty much everything on that site.

Mine has been this way for a while. I just click on the star rating and it takes me to the reviews.

Yep tried that method aswell but issue persist. Currently not ordering anything yet until problem resolved cause I always need to see reviews to decide whether I should buy or not.

Oh my god I thought I was the only one! I have even tried contacting customer support about this but they were no help at all.

I can see them if I'm logged out or if I'm on another account but not on my own. I hope this isn't some kind of new change they're implementing and I hope it is some kind of system glitch.

I was just experiencing this, I wondered if maybe it was my vpn, as some apps don’t work well with it on. I toggled it off and now I can see reviews again. Went back and forth with the vpn and it definitely seems to be the issue for me. Although it never was in the past

Oh nice glad urs got resolved. I dont use VPN or Extensions (except Google doc extension).

This is happening to me and my husband too on the app. And I can't scroll down to see reviews either. It's so annoying!

Yes! Can’t see them no matter what I do. So annoying, I’m in the US
