Expecting an item to be delivered today, and had a dispatch email yesterday, but on my account the item remains at the ordered stage.

Which is likely to be correct?!

I requested a call back,and they said on its way, no more committed than that.

I tried to cancel the order in an attempt to reorder, but the system wouldn't let me.
